Remove your castle from the chart
Email us to remove your castle and the player records we hold about it. Requests are handled by hand. You do not need a LordScanner account or a paid plan.
- Tell us which castle is yours
Include your Lord name, kingdom number and alliance tag. Coordinates can help distinguish similar names.
- Email the request
Send it to support@lordscanner.com. We may ask for proportionate proof that you control the castle. Never send your game password or a sign-in code.
- We remove it by hand and confirm
We respond without undue delay, normally within 30 days, delete the castle's stored records and confirm by email. LordScanner cannot yet block a castle automatically, so a later scan of your kingdom can read it again from the public map. If it reappears, reply to our email and we will remove it again.
