Questions, plain answers
What a scan reads, what a plan includes, and how to manage your data.
The chart and scans
What does LordScanner do?
It scans a Top Lords kingdom's world map and lists every castle it finds: the Lord's name, alliance tag, castle level, coordinates you copy in one click, shield state and invaders from other kingdoms. The same castles appear on a live kingdom map with filters and search.
Does LordScanner touch my game account?
LordScanner never asks for your game login, never connects to your game account and never plays, sends messages or acts in the game for you. It only shows what a scan read from the world map every player can see.
Last reviewed October 9, 2026Which kingdoms can I scan?
You can scan any Top Lords kingdom. Type its number on the Lords page (81, #81 or S81 all work) to open a kingdom.
How fresh is the data?
Every row and the map show when the kingdom was last scanned, and times are always in UTC. A new scan reads the whole kingdom again, and results appear as the scan runs. If a scan of that kingdom is already running or has just finished, you join it for free.
How reliable is the shield state?
Shield end times come from a field in the map data whose exact meaning is not verified yet. Until it is, LordScanner marks those times as Unverified and only shows countdowns if explicitly enabled and labelled. Unshielded castles and the Capital Deadzone are shown as read.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The Lords list and the kingdom map are built for phones too, with one-tap copy of coordinates. It runs in the browser; there is nothing to install.
Accounts and payments
What can I do without paying?
Sign in with your email to create a free account. You see the app and each kingdom's castle and invader counts. Castle rows, coordinates, the map and scans come with a plan. No card needed to sign up.
What is the difference between Envoy, Marshal and Sovereign?
All three are monthly and open everything LordScanner does today; they differ in new scans per UTC day, within the shared safeguards. Envoy has up to 15, Marshal up to 50 and Sovereign up to 150. Sovereign also gets early access to new map objects such as Bounty Tasks and mines when they ship. Joining a running scan or reusing a fresh one never counts. Shared safeguards apply to every plan: 5 min cooldown per kingdom, 48 scans per kingdom per UTC day, 600 new scans across the whole service per UTC day. These limits count every user's scans together, so when one is reached no new scans start until it resets, even if your plan has scans left.
How do payments work?
Prices are in euros (EUR), including VAT where applicable. Paddle handles checkout, invoices and receipts and shows the final amount before you pay. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Last reviewed October 9, 2026How do I cancel or get a refund?

Can I remove my own castle?
Yes. Email support@lordscanner.com with your Lord name and kingdom, as described on the opt-out page. We handle each request by hand, normally within 30 days: we delete your castle's stored records and confirm by email. A later scan can read it again from the public map; if it reappears, tell us and we remove it again.
